Intermittent fasting is a good alternative for people who have tried out other dieting programs just to fall back to their old habits some weeks later. Because intermittent fasting is only periodically and over a long time (several months) it can lead to a long-term sustainable change in people's lives. This book provides lots of information, secrets and tips about intermittent fasting, however it does not contain a lot of nutritional information i.e. what foods to eat so you have to get that information from somewhere else.
I am new to intermittend fasting and I hate going on a calorie- counting diet. This book showed me some great options and a definate plan to achieve my weight loss goal. To me it is a totally new approach, so I was looking for clear and easy to understand content. This is what I got, great knowledge on the basics and methods I am confident I can include in my daily routine. Good written, easy to understand. I would have liked a couple of more pictures, therefore 4 stars
I wanted a crash course and that's what this book gave me! Hopefully I'll be starting one of the plans listed in the book soon.
